What to Expect.

On our scheduled cleaning day, we will arrive and begin the process by taking photos and documenting the areas to be cleaned, check for paint oxidation, note any existing damages and inquire with the client about potential issues and concerns, if any.

Thorough care will be taken around plants and landscaping. Sensitive foliage may need to be covered to ensure they are not damaged in the cleaning process.

Next we will begin the cleaning process with a pre-treatment solution, if necessary, before cleaning your surfaces and siding with industry standard commercial equipment. If necessary a post-treatment and a little bit of brush scrubbing may be used.

After completion we will do a final quality control inspection and take additional photos to ensure your satisfaction.
